Noelle Richard is a queer filmmaker and comics artist working in Cleveland, Ohio. They have a BFA in Drawing, with an emphasis in Video, from the Cleveland Institute of Art, where they won the Nancy Dunn Traveling Scholarship as well as the Sybil J. Gould Scholarship for Excellence in Drawing. An early version of their short film "passing" won the inaugural Nunes Family Prize in 2017. Noelle currently screens films and shows work at a variety of galleries and artist spaces in the region.
