Danielle has been interested in and making art since childhood. A graduate of Baldwin-Wallace and Kent State University, she enjoys working with a variety of media, but her focus is in digital illustration. She begins with hand-drawn sketches and then digitally adding color and value. Danielle uses this style when doing commissioned pet portraits through Heights Arts Gallery.
Danielle has also illustrated two published books, including The Maskless Raccoon, a book she authored that follows a friendly little raccoon on a rhyming tale through the trials of loneliness, friendship, and embracing what makes you "weird".
