While growing up in Cleveland, Thomas was always drawn toward anything related to art. His drive to create was directed toward drafting due to concerns about making a living. During high school, he attended vocational classes, and following graduation, he became draftsman at an architectural company. While working there, he created shop drawings and designed custom iron staircases, railings and even furniture. Following some major life events, he decided to go back to creating art.
Since 2012, Thomas has been selling original works of art and accepting commissions for custom pieces for clients, local and out-of-state often via online presence. Currently, he's also an independent contractor as a CAD designer, and he painted his very first large-scale mural this year.
Typically utilizing acrylic paints, Thomas works to expand his consciousness and the consciousness of the world. His art is influenced by his drafting skills, and he hopes to create consistent imagery that will always take you off guard. He believes life is all about trying to surprise yourself.
