Taking photographs has become a means of expressing my concealed self. I am inspired by the disregarded, as I feel it connects with me in my own fragmented past and possibilities unrealized. My photographs are expressions of my discovery of the disguised fragments of everyday life and bestowing those parts their rightful recognition. Acknowledgements of the overlooked aspects of environments we occupy bring me a form of reconciliation to the facets of my own ambiguous past.
