She has gathered her eclectic cello experience from collaborating with folk fusion and world music bands, interdisciplinary groups of artists, dance companies, chamber music ensembles and symphony orchestras.
Carolina has also been a Martin Luther King and Fulbright fellow, among other distinctions.
In addition to her passion for music, Carolina is a committed and accomplished educator. In 2015, she created the scholarship Afro Colombian Strings to support strings' students from the African diaspora in Colombia, South America.
